Attributes

- Scaling Damage: The amount of damage this unit causes increases based upon the number of hitpoints the target has lost.
- Stalk: This unit can move hidden in any terrain.
- Vanguard Deployment: This unit can deploy in an expanded deployment area, allowing it to start the battle within striking distance of the enemy - or somewhere unexpected.
- Chameleon: This unit can move hidden in any terrain and is exceptionally hard to target with missile attacks.
- Fire Whilst Moving: This unit can fire whilst on the move.
Unique Faction Abilitie
Visions of the Old Ones is a unique campaign mechanic for the Ghosts of Pahuax faction, part of the Lizardmen race, introduced in Total War Warhammer II The Silence and The Fury DLC.
It enables the titular legendary lord, Oxyotl, to obtain a number of bonuses, money and the rare Sanctum Gems required to build Silent Sanctums by completing a variety of Visions of the Old Ones missions. Oxyotl may also use the Visions of the Old Ones map to travel great distances and reach not only mission locations but also return home when it needs protecting.
Lord effects
- Immune to diplomatic penalties from trespassing (Lord's army)
- Has access to Masterful Ambush stance, requiring less movement range to adapt and with a reduced detection chance (Lord's army)
- Armour-piercing missile damage: +50% for all Skink infantry units (Lord's army)
- Experience gain for units: +100% when fighting against the Forces of Chaos (Lord's army)
